What the extension reads

The extension reads your own best ball entries from the sites you use, through your own signed-in session in your browser, only when you press Sync. It never sees or stores a site password.

DraftKings

When you press Sync while signed into DraftKings, it reads your best ball rooms: the draft board of every room you entered (every entrant's picks, not only yours), each room's standings and weekly scores, and your entry list. It reads nothing else on DraftKings.

Underdog

When you press Sync Underdog while signed into underdogfantasy.com in the same browser, it reads your own best ball drafts: the tournaments and rounds you entered, each draft's full board (every entrant's picks and usernames, as Underdog shows them), your place and points, and Underdog's weekly team totals. To do that it reuses the sign-in token Underdog's own page sends, kept in the browser's memory only: never stored, never uploaded to Cockpit, never sent anywhere but Underdog. It never sees your Underdog password.

Where it goes

Signed in, the extension uploads those rooms and drafts to Cockpit's database, keyed to the Google account you signed in with and protected by row-level security so that only you can read your rows. Cockpit uses them to score your rosters, rank your pods and forecast your entries, and shows them to you in the web app. Not signed in, the extension keeps the capture in your browser and can export it as a file; nothing is uploaded.

What is kept about you

• The email address of the Google account you sign in with, to know which rooms and drafts are yours.
• Your DraftKings account label and entry ids, and your Underdog user id and draft ids, so a second sync updates the same entries rather than duplicating them.
• The rooms and drafts themselves, as described above, including the other entrants' usernames and picks as each site displays them.

What is not done

• No selling, renting or sharing of your data with anyone.
• No advertising, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts on the site.
• No reading of pages other than DraftKings and Underdog, and nothing on either site outside your best ball entries.
• No site password is ever seen, and no Underdog token is ever stored or uploaded.

The public example

The signed-out landing page shows one real portfolio as a live example. It belongs to Cockpit's author, who chose to make it public; other entrants' usernames in it are replaced. Your portfolio is never shown to anyone but you.

Deleting your data

The extension's settings panel has Delete all data, which clears everything the extension has stored in your browser. To delete your rooms, drafts and account from Cockpit's database, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, and it will be done within 7 days.
